Behind the Scenes at Founders' Circle 2025

The buzz in the air was palpable, and the team's enthusiasm was contagious. By all accounts, Boundless' Founders' Circle 2025 was a stellar brand experience for all attendees. From out-of-this-world welcome bags to intergalactic event décor and a build-your-own-scent activation, this was more than a sales meeting. It was a celebration of the Boundless family and the power of event merchandising. 

Boundless is fortunate to have the most creative, energetic, and driven people in the industry on our team. The team's collective energy was on full display at this year's Founders' Circle event. 

An Inside Look at Founders' Circle

Founders' Circle is Boundless' annual national sales meeting. It brings Boundless' Brand Consultants, corporate employees, and top manufacturing partners from around the country to Austin for three unforgettable days of innovation, learning, recognition, and fun. Throughout the event, Boundless demonstrated how our team uses creativity, collaboration, and out-of-the-box thinking to fuel innovation and bring brand experiences to life.

So, when we host our own events, we go all out. How do we produce an awe-inspiring sales meeting for our team? Let's take a behind-the-scenes look.

An Out-Of-This-World Theme

"Stellar" was chosen as this year's Founders' Circle theme to celebrate the Boundless team's out-of-this-world capabilities. This timely and relevant theme lent itself to creative uses throughout the event, such as the intergalactic décor, and paid homage to our team's success on our 20th Anniversary.

Upon their arrival, all attendees received swag bags with branded merchandise and trendy new products. The branded bags themselves are highly coveted and are a perfect example of our capabilities. Some attendees give the welcome bags to their clients as a gift or as inspiration for their next event. 

Our Stellar Shop display offered attendees a sneak peek into what they would receive in their bags, creating hype and energy. Many attendees donned their trendy navy braided rope caps or "Above & Beyond" rocket t-shirts—a nod to one of Boundless' core values—as soon as they saw the eye-catching display. 

The brand identity was cohesive throughout the merch, event décor, and digital marketing assets, including a user-friendly app. We incorporated our special 20th anniversary logo with event-specific logos, colors, and typography. The items spanned a variety of categories, including apparel, bags, tech, office, drinkware, health & home, and eco-friendly.

At our stellar event, we demonstrated Boundless' commitment to protecting our planet. We believe in branding products with purpose™. We strive to keep items out of landfills by providing high-quality branded merchandise that makes a lasting, positive impact and gifts that recipients will want to keep, use, and appreciate. At the event, a new corporate social responsibility initiative featuring a patent-pending, proprietary system called PRISM™ was launched.

Founders' Circle lets Boundless showcase our expertise in producing immersive experiences in combination with event gifts to bring brand experiences to life. Highlights of this year's Founders' Circle include:

  • A welcome party and an awards gala
  • A themed team-building activity (building rockets out of spaghetti and marshmallows) created a friendly competition!
  • A build-your-own scent activation where attendees created personalized scents to take home as a memory
  • A large space-themed lightbox sign, which served as a photo backdrop and demonstrated our full-scale branding efforts

Throughout the event, the strategic show-and-tell meetings and trade show floor buzzed with innovation and excitement. One memorable event highlight was the formal awards gala featuring intergalactic touches, disco dancers, and a live karaoke band. 

At the gala, we celebrated our team members by presenting persona, core value, and top sales recognition awards to our corporate, sales, and manufacturing partners. The coveted Green Jacket lifetime achievement award was presented to the annual honoree, Beth Blumberg recognizing her outstanding achievements in sales and as a Boundless teammate. 

This was one of many unforgettable brand moments during the event that brought our culture to life, carrying forward a meaningful tradition for Boundless.

Immersive Experiences Are Memorable Image (13)

Boundless utilizes immersive brand experiences to create a buzz, capture attendees' attention, and build brand connections. We demonstrated this at Founders' by featuring a build-your-own-scent activation with hand-drawn bottle personalization. Attendees chose their own scent base notes, top notes, and finishes and had the option to add their initials, team name, and other personal details. They could even add a floating space cat or constellations!

Experiential marketing allows you to connect personally with your event audience by providing opportunities for them to experience your brand as a consumer would. This may involve luxury experiences they wouldn't purchase for themselves, such as beauty treatments or cooking demonstrations.

From a rocket-building team challenge to a formal intergalactic awards gala, the event allowed Boundless to showcase the creativity, teamwork, and energy that drive everything we do. It was a true celebration of our people and our purpose.
