Boundless Welcomes Two Leaders to Accelerate Growth in E-Comm & Print

Austin, TX, September 15, 2026 — David Maier and Michael O’Neal join Boundless to lead key areas of strategic growth and expand the company’s integrated brand solutions.

Boundless, Your Merch Media Agency™, today announced the addition of two experienced industry leaders as the company continues to expand its capabilities and invest in strategic areas of growth. David Maier joins Boundless as Vice President and Head of DTC and E-commerce, while Michael O’Neal joins as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Boundless’ Print Division.

The appointments strengthen Boundless’ ability to help brands support more of a modern marketing ecosystem, connecting merchandise, Shopify+ e-commerce and DTC, commercial print, technology and fulfillment through a more integrated, managed-service approach.

“We’ve assembled an exceptional team of people and partners, and we continue to see tremendous opportunity to expand the ways we help brands reach their audiences as a full-service agency partner,” said Aaron Hamer, CEO of Boundless. “David and Michael each bring deep expertise in areas that are increasingly important to our clients. Their leadership will help us accelerate our strategy while creating new opportunities across our business.”

Expanding DTC and E-Commerce

In his new role, David Maier will lead Boundless’ growing DTC and e-commerce channel, bringing approximately 20 years of experience building brands and driving growth across sports, consumer goods, media and retail.

Maier previously served as Senior Director of E-Commerce & Omni-Channel Retail Development for Major League Soccer, where he helped lead retail and e-commerce strategy across the MLS ecosystem and worked with partners including adidas and Fanatics to grow merchandise sales and strengthen the fan experience. His work spanned league and club initiatives, major events including MLS Cup and the MLS All-Star Game, and broader consumer products, product development and licensing programs.

Earlier in his career, Maier held marketing and e-commerce leadership roles with consumer brands including General Mills, Newell Brands and Revlon, later applying that experience to building retail and e-commerce businesses for media companies, startups and personalities.

At Boundless, Maier will focus on expanding the company’s DTC and e-commerce capabilities across commerce strategy, merchandising, technology and audience growth, helping brands, sports organizations, businesses and content creators build compelling consumer experiences and turn merchandise into a more meaningful driver of engagement and growth.

This includes continuing to build Boundless’ Shopify+ capabilities and the broader services required to operate and grow successful commerce programs, from store strategy and development through merchandising, marketing, operations and fulfillment.

“Today, the strongest brands are building direct relationships with their audiences, and merchandise can be a powerful part of that connection,” said Maier. “What excites me about Boundless is the opportunity to bring together impactful e-commerce experiences, thoughtful merchandising and a deeper understanding of the consumer. I’m excited to help expand what we can do for brands and find new ways for them to connect with passionate audiences, build stronger communities and create meaningful long-term growth.”

Building a Stronger Commercial Print Offering

Michael O’Neal joins Boundless as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Boundless’ Print Division, overseeing the company’s commercial print business and helping expand print as an integrated component of Boundless’ broader client offering.

O’Neal brings more than 16 years of industry experience and deep expertise in commercial print strategy, sales and operations. Most recently, he helped spearhead BAMKO’s expansion into commercial print, serving as Vice President of Managed Services and helping build the infrastructure, supplier relationships and internal expertise needed to pursue increasingly complex print opportunities.

Throughout his career, O’Neal has focused on helping sales teams better navigate the commercial print landscape, identify opportunities and connect client needs with the right production and supplier solutions.

At Boundless, he will bring that expertise to the company’s existing client relationships and sales organization, with a focus on strengthening commercial print capabilities, optimizing supplier resources and creating a more centralized approach to delivering print solutions.

“Marketing teams are managing more channels, partners and complexity than ever, and they’re looking for partners who can help simplify that,” said O’Neal. “Expanding our commercial print capabilities isn’t just about adding another product or service. It’s about continuing to evolve how Boundless supports our clients, bringing more of their marketing needs together through one strategic, managed solution. I’m excited to help build an offering that gives our clients greater expertise, efficiency and consistency while allowing their teams to stay focused on the bigger picture.”

Building the Next Chapter of Boundless

The additions of Maier and O’Neal reflect Boundless’ continued evolution beyond traditional promotional products into a more connected platform for building brand engagement.

“Our opportunity is bigger than any single product category or channel. We’re building Boundless around the ways modern brands actually engage people across merchandise, direct-to-consumer commerce, print, experiences and technology. Bringing in leaders with David’s and Michael’s expertise allows us to go deeper in those areas while maintaining the creativity, service and execution our clients expect from Boundless,” said Hamer.

With dedicated leadership across DTC and e-commerce and commercial print, Boundless will continue expanding its ability to support brands from strategy and creative development through sourcing, technology, commerce, production and fulfillment.
