We’re committed to building an inclusive, responsible supply chain with manufacturing partners we can trust. Our vendor diversity program prioritizes partnerships with minority-owned, woman-owned, disabled-persons-owned, veteran-owned, LGBTQ+, and small businesses.

Aclymate

Our carbon accounting partner, Acylmate, helps us track Scope 1 & 2 emissions, estimate Scope 3, and build toward verified Net Zero goals. This data sets us on the path to joining the Carbon Disclosure Project and aligning with SBTi.

Purpose

 

We’re doing the right thing and doing it better. Purpose is what ties it all together. Since 2016, our internal CSR team has championed sustainability and social responsibility across the business, from volunteerism and environmental initiatives to supplier accountability. We call it branding products with purpose™, because when merch means more, people remember you more.

We proudly align with UN Global Compact principles and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) to ensure our work supports broader global impact.

Where we’re headed.

Because impact isn’t measured in promises. It’s measured in progress.

Mid-Term (within 1 year)

  • Launch PRISM™-focused marketing and sales enablement tools
  • Leverage carbon data and publish 2025 CSR Statement
  • Develop 3-year sustainability roadmap
  • Improve EcoVadis scoring to Bronze or higher

Long-Term (1-2 years)

  • Establish KPIs for supply chain diversity and carbon reduction
  • Publish Boundless CSR Policy and Process Framework
  • Join external pledges: UN Global Compact, SBTi, and Carbon Disclosure Project
