Mike Kelleher Joins as Vice President of Program Solutions
Boundless has named Mike Kelleher as Vice President of Program Solutions, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering high-impact, scalable program offerings. With nearly two decades of experience in the recognition, incentives, and promotions industry, Kelleher brings expertise from both large organizations and a family-owned distributorship, giving him a unique perspective on delivering results at scale.
By bringing in Kelleher to partner with its Brand Consultants, Boundless aims to expand its awards and recognition programs, Presidents Club incentives, and enterprise-level solutions, ensuring that brands have the tools and support to create meaningful engagement with employees, sales teams, and communities.
Andrea Stoll Appointed as Chief Marketing Officer
Boundless has named Andrea Stoll as Chief Marketing Officer, strengthening its focus on delivering strategic merchandising solutions that help clients maximize brand engagement and return on impressions. Stoll joined Touchstone, now a Boundless company, in 2020 as Brand Engagement Director, bringing a strong background in product strategy, brand marketing, and customer engagement.
With leadership experience at Reebok, American Express, Vans, and Converse, Stoll has played a pivotal role in shaping brand narratives, launching innovative product lines, and driving marketing strategies with measurable impact. As CMO, she will lead their strategic agency approach, including the productization of Boundless’s offerings, ensuring that Brand Consultants have well-defined, high-value solutions to address clients’ evolving business opportunities. Her leadership will further align Boundless’s brand, its Brand Consultants, and its clients, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering seamless, results-driven branding solutions at scale.
Jeff Michaelson Named Director of Global Services
Adding to its strategic appointments, Boundless has appointed longtime sales leader Jeff Michaelson to the established role of Director of Global Services. As a top-performing sales partner with a proven track record of successfully serving clients with international needs, Michaelson's experience and history are contributing factors to their improved global service offerings.
With this appointment, Boundless supports in-country sourcing for quality and cost efficiency, U.S. export support and compliance, and logistics management from start to finish. Michaelson will be working closely with the Boundless EU and UK offices to support these initiatives with existing and new clientele. This appointment has firmly established Michaelson as a leader in international service within the industry.
