Boundless Network Acquires Leading Distributor


Rocketing Boundless Network Continues Expansion

AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 18, 2007 — Austin-based Boundless Network, one of the fastest-growing promotional product distribution companies in the United States, announced the acquisition of Dallas-based Footprint Marketing. Footprint Marketing’s six leading promotional products sales professionals will join Boundless Network.

Footprint Marketing was recognized by the Advertising Specialty Institute, the largest media and marketing organization serving the advertising specialty industry, as one of the top 10 fastest growing distributorships in the industry for the previous two years.

“Footprint is our first strategic acquisition of a distributor. We believe there is significant opportunity to grow through several other selective, strategic acquisitions of distributors with revenues of $2 million to $10 million,” said Gary Kofnovec, Boundless Network CFO.

With regional offices in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio and Chicago, and a sales presence in Oklahoma City, Colorado, Oregon and California, Boundless Network has recruited the majority of its 51 leading sales professionals in the last nine months. The company plans to continue efforts to attract sales professionals in key regions throughout the U.S. In addition to sales professionals, Boundless Network currently has 42 employees and expects to add 35 Austin-based employees over the next 24 months.
