Jason Black is a visionary entrepreneur, with a passion for building business models that dramatically improve sales and marketing. When Jason founded Boundless Network in 2005, his goal was to apply technology to automate, scale, and create the “Google” of the promotional industry. Today, Boundless is the largest privately held business in the category. Prior to Boundless, Jason founded HotLink, a B2B and B2C ecommerce model. Outside of the industry, Jason focuses his entrepreneurial passion around two of the things he loves most - children, and the game of golf - by helping parents across the country introduce their children to the game. A serial entrepreneur, Henrik’s quest is innovation through technology-enabled services. Henrik most recently served as the President of Everydaywealth, an online financial services company, and was also the Founder and President of Creditland, an online credit and lending marketplace. Prior to entrepreneurship, Henrik was a management consultant with Andersen Consulting in the U.S. and abroad.
A financial professional with 15 years of experience, Jason joined Boundless Network in May 2006 as the company’s controller. Prior to joining Boundless, Jason spent five years as controller and treasurer for Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc., a privately held green energy company. Jason began his accounting career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Prior to joining Boundless Network, Pat was the Vice President of Sales for Toppers, a Top 20 industry supplier. Prior to Toppers, he served as Vice President of National Accounts for Norwood Promotional Products, one of the largest promotional products suppliers in the industry.
Mark has spent the past 5 years at Boundless Network developing and implementing the company’s industry-leading technology platform, including the patented GroupBuy ecommerce solution. Prior, Mark worked for Taleo where he transformed its platform to meet the stringent requirements of a publicly traded company. Mark was also a Co-founder of Adflight Inc., an online advertising company with clients such as AOL, Gateway and Microsoft.
Cindy has over 25 years of marketing and sales experience, eleven of which are in the promotional products industry. Cindy’s objective is to use the Boundless Network- people, products, and technology- enabled solutions to lead a transformation in the way global, enterprise companies manage and control their brand and promotional product expenditures.
Julie Lewis came to Boundless Network from Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP, where she served as HR Manager for more than 100 attorneys and 40 staff members. She also worked as the HR Manager for T3 Advertising. With 13 years of HR/operational management experience, she continually applies her people-focused, culture-driven approach to establish the company as one of the industry’s best places to work.

Jason has nearly 15 years of promotional industry expertise and two decades of experience starting successful entrepreneurial ventures. Most recently, Jason was the founder and president of HotLink, a leading promotional marketing company leveraging technology to help Fortune 100 companies reduce promotional expense.
Currently CEO of Troux Technologies, David has more than 25 years of technology experience from a wide range of firms, including Dell, AT&T and, most recently, the NetSolve subsidiary of Cisco.
Henrik is a serial entrepreneur who believes in innovating through technology-enabled services. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Henrik was a management consultant with Andersen Consulting in the U.S. and abroad. His philosophy is to build a company where people thrive, to empower salespeople to deliver more value with less effort, and to be the premier distributor in the industry.
Bill is the founder of Silverton Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Austin, TX. Prior to Silverton Partners, he was a founding general partner of Austin Ventures. Bill has been a venture investor in the enterprise software industry for more than 20 years. Some of his software investments include Motive, Smart Technologies, Tivoli Systems and Waveset, all of which became public companies either through acquisition or public offering.
Thomas Ball, Partner, joined Austin Ventures in 2005 and focuses on software and Internet investing. Before joining Austin Ventures, Thomas was CEO and Co-founder of Openfield Technologies and Razorgator Interactive Group. Prior to Openfield, Thomas was the Chairman, CEO and Founder of eCoupons (acquired by Lifeminders, NASDAQ: LFMN). Thomas received an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS in Finance with honors from the University of Florida.
