The Top 1% is a Mentality

I get asked all the time about how Boundless Network has been able to grow so quickly and bring on so many promotional industry leaders. I thought I’d give my blog readers a peek into how Boundless relates to the top 1% of professionals in our industry. Keep in mind that by top 1%, I don’t mean just the top 1% GP or revenue producers. Top 1% is a mentality. Our definition of a top 1% professional is that rare industry guy or gal who wants to run fast, adapt quickly to changes in the market and make optimum use of technology to grow his or her business and reach their goals.

We are an open book when it comes to telling folks the type of partnerships we are looking to build. Anyone who knows me or is a frequent reader of this blog will know that I don’t sugarcoat. So I wanted to show you guys a recent e-mail we sent to potentially interested parties that describes the type of candidate, both sales professional and distributor principal, that we’re looking for. Refreshing to see a company that embraces winning and staying aggressive! I never liked a “causal work environment” or “work life balance.” Winning is more fun than being casual. Working hard, competing aggressively, and growing business is tough but for those of us who enjoy it a ton of fun. Smile on the victory stand!
