Boundless Acquires Custom Solutions

Last week we announced the acquisition of Custom Solutions, a Texas-based distributor led by Chris Miner. This press release received a tremendous amount of positive feedback—potentially more so than the previous six press releases combined. Naturally, I’m curious as to the cause of this groundswell of comments.

Here are a couple of hypotheses… which do you think is the most accurate?

  1. Times are tough for distributorships in the current economy and professionals are searching for the best strategy to maintain their customers and grow their business.
  2. Stability, credibility and having a solid customer value proposition are important.
  3. People were feeling sorry for us because the UT Longhorns got hosed in the most recent BCS and won’t be playing in the championship game.

Whatever the reason, we are pleased with the direction the company is headed, and with the addition of such a first-class team. We believe Boundless Network has the industry’s best platform for winning in this economy. It’s tough times but you can make it with the right distributor partner.
