Cindy has over 20 years of marketing and sales experience, seven of which are in the promotional products industry. Most recently she was responsible for the design and launch of enterprise-wide promotional spend management programs for large distributed organizations to include creative and online solutions. Cindy's objective is to use the Boundless Network vision, culture and technology-enabled services to lead a transformation in the way the promotional products industry thinks and works.

A finance professional with 15 years of experience, Jason joined Boundless Network in May 2006 as the company's controller. He has since helped the company grow from $1M in revenue with five employees to $30M in revenue with over 50 employees. Prior to joining Boundless, Jason spent five years as controller and treasurer for Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc., a privately held green energy company. During his five years with RES, the company grew from five employees to 40 and had annual revenues of $300M. Jason began his accounting career in 1995 with the audit firm PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he became an audit manager before entering the world of corporate practice. Jason is a Texas Certified Public Accountant, a license he has held for 13 years, and he holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

Jason holds an engineering degree from Texas A&M and an MBA from SMU. He also has 20 years of experience in the distribution and supply-chain space, with five of those years in the promotional products industry. Jason's career includes prior ownership of two businesses and positions with both Fortune 500 companies and fast-growth entrepreneurial firms.

Prior to joining Boundless Network, Pat was the Vice President of Sales of Toppers, a Top 20 industry supplier. Prior to Toppers, he served as Vice President of National Accounts for Norwood Promotional Products, one of the largest promotional products suppliers in the industry.
