Inside Sales Specialist (Part-Time) in Northern California

Our Northern California branch is looking for a part time Sales Support Specialist to aid with project management, fielding aspects of satisfying clients, research, price quoting, hand off and placement of small orders from influential clients. Job duties include:

Project/Event Management

• Work with client or manager to gather project details
• Research potential promotional solutions - (Sage, ESP, Yahoo Groups, Google)
• Work with vendors to gather details of products
• Provide client or manager with detailed product research and quotes
• Enter orders
• Request PO #'s
• Manage some fulfillment
• Manage some collection work

Organization

• Maintain files for orders
• Maintain contact list
• Keep organized set of ASI catalogs

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator for client mockups
• Salesforce.com experience
• Promotional products industry experience
• Previous sales experience

Development Engineer in Austin, TX

Boundless Network is looking for a Java software engineer to create software that is superior to what is available in the promotional products industry today. Our projects for this year involve building tools that will make this industry's salespeople more effective than they have been before, and will harness the collective intelligence of our salespeople and customers.

The Boundless development team utilizes an open-source Java stack: Tomcat / Hibernate / Spring / Lucene / Spring MVC. In addition the ideal candidate will have experience interfacing with internal applications such as Salesforce.com (via web services API) and Microsoft Dynamics GP, and vendor integrations via web services and proprietary formats.

Candidates must possess all of the following:

• 4+ years experience developing Java web applications
• Expert-level proficiency in Java
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and/or O-R mapping tools such as Hibernate
• Desire to work in all aspects of application development

Ideal candidates would possess one or more of the following:

• Experience creating sales, CRM, or order management applications
• Experience building community features such as product reviews and feedback
• Experience integrating with external partners via web services / SOAP / XML / EDI
• Familiarity with a wide array of technologies and platforms
• Ability to work in a fast paced, detail-oriented environment under deadlines
• Energetic, positive personality
