Jason Black

Jason has nearly 15 years of promotional industry expertise and two decades of experience starting successful entrepreneurial ventures. Most recently Jason was the founder and president of HotLink, a leading promotional marketing company leveraging technology to help Fortune 100 companies reduce promotional expense.

Henrik Johansson

A serial entrepreneur, Henrik's quest is innovation through technology-enabled services. Henrik most recently served as the president of Everydaywealth, an online financial services company, and before that as the founder and president of Creditland, an online credit and lending marketplace. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Henrik was a management consultant with Andersen Consulting in the U.S. and abroad. His philosophy is to build a company where people thrive, to empower the best salespeople to deliver more value to their customers with less effort, and to be the premier distributor in the industry.

Bill Wood

Mr. Wood is the founder of Silverton Partners, an early stage venture capital firm based in Austin, Texas. Prior to Silverton Partners, Bill was a founding general partner of Austin Ventures. Bill has been a venture investor in the enterprise software industry for more than 20 years. Some of his software investments include Motive, Smart Technologies, Tivoli Systems and Waveset, all of which became public companies either through acquisition or public offering.

Tom Ball

Mr. Ball joined Austin Ventures in 2005 and focuses on software investing. Most recently, he was CEO and co-founder of Openfield Technologies, which merged with Razorgator Interactive Group. Prior to Openfield, Mr. Ball was chairman, CEO and founder of eCoupons. He also has experience in private equity investing and strategy consulting from his time as a principal at Discovery Capital and as an engagement manager at Mitchell Madison Group.

David Hood

Mr. Hood, currently the CEO of Troux Technologies, has more than 25 years of technology experience garnered from a wide range of firms, including Dell, AT&T, and most recently the NetSolve subsidiary of Cisco.
