Mr. Johnson is currently the vice president of Tipping Point and was previously the VP of sales for BroadJump and Motive, as well as serving as national sales manager for Cisco Systems.

Mr. Vandegrift was most recently a partner of the venture capital firm Techxas Ventures, and was previously the president and CEO of the public company Activerse, which was acquired by CMGI in 1999.
